NEIGHBORLINESS AND BEHAVIOUR  RULES

It is totally forbidden:

• Produce excessive noise, especially between 22:00h and 10:00h.

• The performance of any kind of parties inside the apartment or even in the common areas, stairs, terraces…

• Consumption of alcoholic drinks and/or narcotic substances inside the apartment.

• Inappropriate behavior in the common areas (stairs, elevator…) especially between 22:00h and 10:00h.

• The use of sound equipments with an excessive volume.

• In general, all the activities that may result annoying and don’t respect the rules of good neighborhood.

Failure to comply with these rules would mean the immediate eviction from the apartment and the loss of the deposit.
